Haiti and Dresden – what can we learn from history?
The destruction of Port au Prince is unbelievable. It brings to my mind pictures from bombed, German cities during World War II. Many cities, like Berlin, Hamburg and Dresden were completely destroyed, just like Port au Prince. There are similarities and differences.
